PhotoFit / Bank exam forms (IBPS, SBI style)
Resize your photo and signature for bank exam forms
Bank recruitment forms (IBPS, SBI, BOB and similar) ask for a photo, a signature, a left thumb impression and a handwritten declaration, each with its own pixel size and KB window. Pick the document below, add your scan, drag to crop, and download a file that fits.
Drag to move the photo. Pinch, scroll or use the slider to zoom.
The file stays on your device. We aim a little under your limit so it passes whether the portal counts a KB as 1000 or 1024 bytes.

Questions
What size must an IBPS photo be?
The 2026 IBPS notifications ask for a photograph of 200 × 230 pixels and 20 to 50 KB in JPG or JPEG format. Use the Photograph option above, crop your picture, and download.
What size must the signature be?
140 × 60 pixels and 10 to 20 KB, JPG or JPEG. Sign with black ink on plain white paper, scan or photograph it, then use the Signature option. The clean-up setting turns the paper white and the ink dark.
Why does the portal say my file is too small or too large?
Portals count the file size strictly, and some count a KB as 1000 bytes while others use 1024. This tool aims inside your window with a safety margin so the file passes either way, and adds invisible padding when a file would otherwise fall under the minimum.
Is my photo uploaded to your servers?
No. The resize runs in your browser. Your photo and signature never leave your device.
Is my photo uploaded to a server?
No. PhotoFit resizes your photo inside your browser. The picture never leaves your device, so there is nothing to store or delete.
Why is my file a little under the limit?
Portals disagree on whether a kilobyte is 1000 or 1024 bytes. The tool stays slightly below your maximum and above your minimum so the file passes either way.
What if the form needs a minimum file size?
If a picture compresses below the minimum, the tool adds invisible padding to the JPEG until it reaches the minimum. The picture itself does not change.
Which pictures can I use?
JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF, BMP and AVIF. The result is always a JPEG, the format almost every upload form accepts. For iPhone photos in HEIC, share or save them as JPEG first, or open this page in Safari.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. Drag with one finger to move the picture and pinch to zoom. The download button stays at the bottom of the screen.
Does it remove location data from my photo?
Yes. The picture is redrawn and saved as a new file, which drops location, camera and date information.
Is it free?
Yes, with no sign-up, watermark or ads. Voluntary donations pay for hosting.
