Terms of use

PhotoFit is provided free and as is. We try to make it accurate, but we cannot promise that any website or authority will accept a file it produces.

Check the rules yourself

Sizes shown for exams, visas and other forms are examples that were correct when we last reviewed them (2026-10). Requirements change. Always confirm the current rules in the official notification for your application, and edit the numbers in the tool if they differ.

Your content

You are responsible for the pictures you use and for having the right to use them. Do not use the tool to alter documents in order to deceive anyone.

No warranty

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for rejected applications, missed deadlines or other losses that result from using the tool.

Donations

Donations are voluntary. They do not buy features or support, and they are generally not refundable.
